My terms are subject to change without notice.
You agree that you are over the age of 18, and are capable of entering into a legal contract.
I maintain the right to decline orders I am uncomfortable with.
You may cancel orders before you accept the initial sketch.
The commissioner may post their commissioned pieces on their social media/use their own commissioned pieces for personal use only if proper credit to me is given.
You are not allowed to use commissioned pieces as NFT. You will be blacklisted.
By commissioning my art, you agree not to use it for AI training or reproduction. My work is for personal use only and may not be uploaded, redistributed, or used to train AI models in any form. You will be blacklisted.
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself within any place or site. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want.
You cannot modify my work in any way.
If I don’t receive a response within one week after sending the initial sketch, your slot will be forfeited. Likewise, if there’s no reply within a week of receiving my email, your spot will also be released.
I currently work full time, so the ETD may take a few weeks depending on the queue.

I typically respond to emails within 24-48 hours of receiving them (business days). If you require any changes/additions made to the sketch/commission sent to you, there will be a turnaround of 1 week before you receive the edited commission/sketch.
The purchase is for digital artwork (not prints.)

Payments and Refunds
Payments will be done via Paypal invoices (please make sure your Paypal email is correct.)
Commissions are charged in USD.
Do not pay me without messaging me beforehand.
Payments are made after you have accepted the initial sketch.
Payments must be made in full.
Commissions will be non-refundable after you have accepted the sketch.
If I have not finished your commission within four months of approving the initial sketch, you may ask for a full refund of your order.
My Process
Business hours are from Monday-Friday, 10am - 6pm NZT. Will be responding to emails during these times.
Once a commission form has been sent through, I will email you back with any further questions and a quote for your order.
If you have a set time frame and wish to be put ahead in the queue, there will be a $15-$30 USD fee (depending on how close the due date you would like your order to be finished by.) Queue-bumped orders will take priority and will follow the same "first come first serve" order.
I will be updating you during three major phases - sketch, lineart and flat colour. Throughout the process, you are free to ask for any edits.
After the flat colour update, I will be moving on to fully rendering your order. Once that's done, I will send you a screenshot of the final product for approval before sending the PNG file.
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However, after a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made free of charge. Such as small colouring/marking mistakes. No special or extreme changes can be made. Please tell me what to change before completion. If you request major changes, you will be charged $50 USD.
Before I send you the final PNG file, you are free to ask for minor edits to the piece.
I will only be sending a PNG version of your order unless a special agreement has been made that requires me to send additional files as well.

Icons

Description: A description of the painting. You can add the number of characters in the painting, interactions, poses, mood, atmosphere, colours, backstories, personalities, etc. Please be as detailed as you can!
References: Pictures of characters, clothing, background, lighting, etc. Please go ham with the referencing. It really helps a lot as it allows me to get a better view of what exactly you want me to draw.
